The Mediocrity of the Public School System

Blame it on the people behind it and the culture of corruption. Our teachers might be the ones always blamed but has anyone thought to blame the higher-ups. Our principal has a duty to make us  and others feel good and competent. Irony of ironies, it is sometimes the principal that makes us feel down. They wallow in whatever power they hold.
